The National Program
The Queens of the World National Program offers women in each country equal opportunities to participate, grow, and create meaningful change within their communities. The program promotes Personal and Social Empowerment, supporting participants through mentorship, training, and ongoing guidance. It helps women build confidence, leadership skills, and a strong sense of identity. National Queens use the influence of their title and recognition to share their lessons with their communities and uplift society.

As a National Queen, you can set your social goals by following these steps:

• Research & Awareness – Research social or political issues, and identify a social matter.
• Social Plan – Seek guidance from experts to define priorities and develop a social plan.
• Set Goals & Strategies – Establish an action plan, setting goals and strategies for your social goal.
• Engage & Monitor – Involve communities in your social goal and track progress until achieving the results you planned.

A National Queen holds a distinguished title and serves as an ambassador for her country, representing its heritage, values, and aspirations while pursuing impactful community initiatives. Regardless of whether a national representative is selected, through a formal event in their country or via open application on our official website, all queens must complete the virtual national program after crowning. Each country may have multiple queens working on individual social causes; however, top queens are selected by our judges to represent their countries in the international program.

The International Program
Each year, National Queens who successfully complete and excel within the program are invited to attend an international in-person event. Through this global platform, participants receive advanced mentorship and present the measurable, real-world impact of their initiatives. The program focuses on five core areas:

• Personal and Social Empowerment – Educating self-awareness, planning, goal setting, and personal & social development, as well as, encouraging participants to share these lessons with others in society.
• Creativity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship – Cultivating creative thinking, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial skills to drive local and national change.
• Environmental Science and Sustainability – Developing knowledge of environmental challenges to lead initiatives that benefit communities and promote a healthier planet.
• Leadership and Social Responsibility – Fostering leadership to prepare the next generation of global leaders, where every nation is respected and has an equal role in shaping the future of the world.
• Global Citizenship – Promoting understanding of values, conflict resolution, and global responsibility.

At the end of the program, one National Queen is crowned Queen of the World—the highest honor. She receives a prestigious prize, global recognition, and the opportunity to become a world leader, inspiring change and making a real difference across communities worldwide.
